2. Use of Service
VaultClip AI is a tool for creating social media content. You may only use it for lawful purposes. You must not use generated content to harass, defame, or infringe on others' rights.

3. AI-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish. VaultClip AI makes no guarantees about accuracy.

4. Copyright
Content you generate belongs to you. Background clips are sourced from royalty-free libraries — verify usage rights before publishing.

5. Pro Membership
Pro plans are billed monthly. Unused generations do not roll over. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We collect your email address when you sign up. AI generation prompts are sent to our AI provider. We do not sell your data.

2. Local Storage
Your account info, settings, and generation count are stored locally in your browser.

3. Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google email and profile name only.

4. Cookies
We use sessionStorage and localStorage only. No third-party tracking cookies.
